"Work including Disabilities" new project
"Work including Disabilities" is the new platform for knowledge and practical experiential learning for guiding people with disabilities towards regular work.
Campus Woudhuis will develop the first project proposal for this platform.
The proposed project is a combination of a practical project and an applied development project. As a living lab, the Campus focuses on implementation and practice. Given the development phase of the campus and the strongly action-oriented learning methods that we follow, the project also has elements of applied research.
In order to facilitate the flow of employees from the work-training company Campus Woudhuis to the regular labor market, a targeted approach, methodology and facilities are being developed in this project under the title common grounds with inclusive employers -
