Covid-19 and the new normal

CPC has been using online tools and methods for a long time. For example, we developed highly interactive workshops and webinar meetings and implemented action learning projects through online surveys and stakeholder engagement.
As we are constantly on the look out to reduce our ecological footprint and deliver high quality value for money services, we developed these online practices at an early stage. Our experience in capacity building and professional training using blended learning approaches and coaching was instrumental in this process.
So, as we continue working from our home office in these special times, we see these new practices become the new normal.
